Alan Gilmore

Alan Gilmore is the founder of The Gilmore Firm, LLC, located in his hometown of Pennington. A former state investigative attorney, he specializes in the formation, registration and counseling of SEC and state investment advisory firms and broker-dealers. He has extensive experience representing broker-dealers, investment advisors and individual investors in connection with securities regulatory, compliance, and arbitration matters.

Mr. Gilmore earned an economics degree from Dickinson College in 1989, and his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law, Camden, in 1997. He is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania state bar associations. He is a member of the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association, and is licensed to sell life and health insurance in New Jersey.
