William "Bill" Cleave

Bill Cleave of Pennington is the owner of Flagship Insurance Agency Inc., a nationally licensed property-casualty insurance agency with offices in five states. He has over 25 years of risk management experience, including work as a claims examiner, retail agent and reinsurance broker. He serves as an honorary commander with the 87th Mission Support Group at JB MDL.

His civic service extends to several state and local organizations. Mr. Cleave is state president for the Navy League of the United States and chairman of the Salvation Army’s Trenton Citadel Corps’ Advisory Board. He is also a board member of the Pennington Business and Professional Association and a Trenton Rotarian. Previous roles include president of the Rotary Club of Trenton, president of the Princeton Jaycees and board member of ARTWORKS-Trenton. He served in the U.S. Peace Corps in Barbados, West Indies, from 1988 to 1990, after graduating from Bradley University (Peoria, Illinois) with a degree in business management.
